....Because of Lucy's outstanding demonstration as "the perfect student", with her professionalism, attention to detail in following directions, excellent questions, completing all course work thoroughly and perfect punctuality.
....But there's more! When I asked her to describe a typical day at work so I could customize any extra learning needs, Lucy had me in tears (tipped the chart on my-tear-o-meter!)
Beyond her regular job tasks, she described her typical day at work to include leading her own co-worker team, plus supporting all other departments (including the kitchen!), problem-solving and bringing coffee and donuts in to the staff on her days off- ALL of this in support of providing top-notch, high quality care to her residents at The Heron House in Cumberland Foreside, Maine.
Lucy has sparked the idea here at Pro Health Train to promote CRMA students to a higher level of learning and recognize achievement in the residential healthcare industry.
Thanks again Lucy, we love you!!
hugs~ PHT
